Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the social doctrine - «Foundations of the Social Concept», adopted by the General Assembly of the Orthodox Church in 2000. The author comes to the conclusion that the implementation of the given concept will enable the Russian Orthodox Church to become a part of educational system and to make religious outlook dominant in our secularized society, it being contradictory to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus.
