Abstract

The subject of the article are the terms with a verbal stem as a supporting component, complex suffix terms with connected components and complex non-suffix terms, great attention being paid to the presence among the given scientific technicalities of complex words, suffix component of which can be used as independent words in motivated word combinations. These terms are analysed with the help of scientific works, which considered analogous units as complex derivatives and complex suffix ones. The author draws a conclusion about the necessity of taking into account the independence of the last component of complex technicalities. It is supposed to consider the suffix not to be capable of term building since it can by an independent word in a correlative word combination.
