| dc.description.abstract | The author of the article raises the problem of illegal migrants’ travelling through the territory of Belarus and their staying in the Republic. The author shows the threat of illegal migration to state security and the possible means of its overcoming, the problem of temporary custody of this group of individuals and the procedure of their expulsion out of the country being paid attention to. The author proposes to organize safe and supervised staying of foreigners until they are deported and to regulate in detail the transfer procedure of such individuals to the receiving country. | ru_RU |
