The problem of internal labour market and the processes taking place in its institutional form is a new and insufficiently well explored issue in economic science. The urgency of the exploration of internal labour market is founded on the expansion and development of market relations at a micro-level and the transfer of the peculiarity of these relations to a macro-level of the labour market. This paper put forward a effective functioning a social-labour sphere of society through the internal labour markets.
