Abstract: While analyzing the functional state of immune system of chiIdren from Mogilev region Klimovichi district the essentional difference in data of dependence of radioactive influence has been found. It results into the dysfunction of immune system after bacteria inflammation which is reflected by the decrease of anti-inflammatory mechanisms, synthesis 6f antibodies to infection agents and atomization DTH-reactivity. The reversible dependence between the size of scar which appears after the revaccination of BCG and the indication of number of virus infections of respiratory system has been found. The biggest indicator of DTH-reactivity to the antituberculosis vaccination corresponds to rare cases of the acyte respiratory viral infection but children who suffer from respiratory viral infection more then 6 firms a year have small scars after the illness. Children of Klimovichi district suffering from virus inflammation have excessive synthesis of ineffective antibodies to neutralize viruses and the reduction of immune system resistance.
