| Abstract: | The article deals with the legal regulation of migration processes, special attention being paid to the state enforcement measures. The author proposed to make amendments to the Belarusian legislation determining the procedure of illegal migrants’ temporary custody for the resolution period of a certain migration situation by the authorized agencies. |
