| Abstract: | The acting system of managing the dwelling fund in the Republic of Belarus having been analyzed in the article, its cumbersome character is emphasized as well as the absence of direct correspondence between quality of service rendered and its price. On purpose to reduce the expenses of the dwelling fund management system the author suggests an alternative concept, methodological device of Logistics being used and the interests of all system units of taken into account. |
