| Abstract: | The article deals with the problem of senior pupils’ adaptation to physical activities, the cardiovascular of 15-17 year-olds during their staying in the ecological tourist camps on the territory of Belarus being under examination. It was proved that a short-term active rest contributes to improving children’s health, increasing the resistance of their organisms and raising the adaptive powers of their cardio-vascular system. |
