| Abstract: | The article deals with one of the approaches of effective use of a credit resource by defining dynamics of its value depending on the fluctuation of foreign currency exchange rates. Advantages of attraction and allocation of the credit resource from the point of view of both interested sides the affording side and the one accepting the given resource are examined. The expediency of activation of the credit mechanism in different periods of its functioning is given. |
