Вызовы современного мира и политика нейтралитета (на примере Австрии, Швеции и Швейцарии)

Abstract

The article is dedicated to the possibility of interaction between the policy of neutrality and the efforts of the world society in the struggle against global challenges of the modem world. Grave problems, such as a gap between highly developed countries and countries of the “third world“, ecological problems, problems of stock depletion, war and peace, world terrorism and etc., made the society pay attention to global perspectives of the humanity. The neutral states don't stay aside of this process either. Their contribution to the solution of the problems, which have global scale, is considerable.
