| Abstract: | Blood substitute Rondferrin has been used by 30 patients with chronic iron-deficiency. The control group included 19 practically able-bodied volunteers. The dynamics of theological properties of a blood and structurally functional parameters of erythrocytes being studied. The drugs high efficiency for patients with iron-deficiency has been proved by the analysis of its rheocorrectional properties. The results of the investigation are especially useful when the correction of rheological properties of blood is necessary, changes of these properties being possibly caused by the concomitant pathology connected with ischemia. |
