Развитие лизинга в США и его правовое регулирование

Abstract

The article deals with economic and legal problems of leasing in the USA where this perspective kind of investment emerged. The author analyses the history of leasing development and modem trends of leasing activity in the USA as well as some problems of legal regulation of leasing relations between participants of leasing operations, state support stimulating leasing development of different kinds. The author concludes that studying the rich experience of leasing activities in the USA enables to foresee the development of legal leasing relations in the Republic of Belarus and to use leasing advantages for increasing the level of national economy more effectively.
