| Abstract: | The article examines the methodological bases for determining foreign language equivalents, units common to other languages (on a broad linguistic background), linguistic and textual sources and ways of origin of stable units of the modern Belarusian language, their historical and etymological characteristics, lexicographic and linguistic didactic description. The results of the implementation in 2023 of the Research Project “Belarussian Phraseology, Paremiology, Language Aphoristics on the background of European Languages and Cultures (Synchronic and Diachronic Aspects)” (No. SR20211335) within the State Program of Scientific Research 2021-2025 are depicted. |
