| Abstract: | The article deals with the investigation of fomiation and activity of liberal organizations on the territory of Mogilev region of the beginning of XX century. The author analyses their number, social structure, ideological and program directions, means and methods of achieving political goals. Special attention is paid to Constitutional-democratic party and “The Union of the 17* of October" (“Soyuz 17 Oktyabrya”). |
