| Abstract: | The property of an optical bistability of the average output power characteristic of radiation of lasers with cavities including the nonlinear thin-film element on the basis of the semiconductor as the passive Q-switcher is analysed. Calculating model parameters con-espond to the characteristics of real laser devices. |
