| Abstract: | At the enterprises of different industries are formed fundamentally different policy costs for in-house training. The formation of this policy influence-internal factors (eg, numerical optimization of staff). Businesses prefer to invest in primary education of their own employees and to invest in additional professional education (training and skills). However, the stability of the company’s expenses for vocational education is an indication that it is more progressive and effective. |
